WHY HEAT?

Being warm during practice isn’t JUST about sweating (although that’s a big part of course)
At the moment we don’t really need heating as it’s still naturally warm in the studio which is amazing
But here are some reasons to practice whilst warm
Practicing yoga in the warmth helps muscles relax and open more deeply
It also increases circulation, supports detoxification, and challenges focus + endurance.
The heat teaches you to breathe through intensity and find calm in the fire, both on and off the mat.
They don’t use air conditioning in India whilst practising yoga that’s for sure!
